NFTE (The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship), is an enterprise education charity, which aims to empower young people to achieve their potential by teaching enterprising skills, beliefs and attitudes to help them lead an independent and self determined life.

The NFTE business start-up and personal development programme is run with young people aged 14-19 years in secondary schools and in the community.  Students learn step-by-step principles of setting up and operating a small enterprise project.

Our programme offers an award-winning accredited curriculum, classroom resources, programme support, events and initiatives.  Teachers and students experience further learning and development and opportunities to network and share best practice.

The highly motivational learning style has proven to be highly effective and inspirational for students who often become further engaged in their educational experience as a whole.
